To register for MUMC VBS, you need to:

·       Submit an online registration form for each child.  (Click on the submit button.)

·       Mail or drop-off a payment at the church office (Cash or Checks payable to MUMC), The cost is $20 per child or $45 maximum per family.

·       Select at least one way of supporting the program from the options below:
